This Privacy Policy explains how Avigdor CyberTech (“Avigdor CyberTech”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you visit avigdorcybertech.com (the “Website”), contact us, attend a demo, webinar or counselling session, or enrol in our cybersecurity training programmes and services (together, the “Services”).

We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, and other applicable Indian laws. Please read this policy together with our Terms & Conditions and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

1. Who we are

Avigdor CyberTech is a sole proprietorship owned by Avigdor, based in Bengaluru, India. For the purposes of Indian data-protection law, we are the “Data Fiduciary” for the personal data described in this policy.

2. Personal data we collect

We collect only the personal data we need for the purposes described in Section 3. Here is an itemised list:

We do not ask for sensitive information such as Aadhaar numbers, health information, financial account numbers or passwords through our website forms. Please do not include such information in free-text messages.

4. Your consent and how to withdraw it

When you submit a form on our Website, we show you a short notice and ask for your consent to contact you about your enquiry. Consent to receive marketing messages is separate and optional. The box is never pre-ticked.

You can withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. Reply “STOP” to our WhatsApp or SMS messages, click “unsubscribe” in our emails, change your choices in our cookie settings (link in the website footer), or write to Info@avigdorcybertech.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that happened before you withdrew. If you withdraw, we will stop the related processing and ask our service providers to do the same, unless the law requires us to keep the data.

7. Calls, WhatsApp, SMS and email

If you give us your phone number and consent, our counsellors may call you, or message you on WhatsApp or SMS, about your enquiry. We send marketing messages only if you opted in. We may keep notes of calls and conversations to follow up on your enquiry and to maintain service quality. If we record calls, we will tell you at the start of the call. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time (see Section 4).

8. Transfers outside India

Some of our service providers, including Google, may store or process personal data on servers outside India. When this happens, we rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards, and we comply with any restrictions the Government of India notifies on such transfers.

Where the law requires us to keep data for a minimum period, we will keep it for that period even if you ask us to delete it. We will delete it once that period ends.

10. How we protect your personal data

We use reasonable security safeguards appropriate to a cybersecurity organisation. These include HTTPS encryption, access controls limited to staff who need the data, multi-factor authentication on our systems, security monitoring and access logs, regular software updates, backups, and contracts that require our service providers to protect your data. No system is completely secure. If a personal data breach occurs, we will inform affected individuals and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law. We will explain what happened, its likely impact, what we are doing about it, and whom to contact.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All fees paid to Avigdor CyberTech for courses/services are non-refundable. This includes fees for courses, consultations, security assessments, monitoring, or any other service.
